You go to the character creation board from the home page. Then you need to go to "Character Template and Explanation" so that you know what the character sheet is.
Then you're supposed to create your own thread under the name of your own character. In that thread you post the character sheet with the filled out information about your character.
You can't Roleplay unless Ageha approves your character and puts it in the Accepted Characters section of the Character Archive, however.
